Kaubisch Memorial Public Library

Applicants are asked to provide a form of identification that includes the applicant’s current address. A driver’s license is preferred, but other identifiers, such as a piece of delivered mail, a rent receipt, a checkbook, etc. are acceptable. If identification with a current address is not available, the library card will be mailed to the address provided. All circulating materials may be charged on an Adult card.

Young Adult cards are issued to minors ages thirteen to seventeen (13-17). Young Adult cards may not be used to borrow entertainment DVD’s or videos.

Juvenile cards are issued to children under thirteen (13) years of age. Children can obtain a library card when they can legibly write their first and last name.  Juvenile cards may not be used to borrow CD’s, entertainment DVD’s, or videos from the Adult Department.  A parent or legal guardian is required to sign for a minor applying for a library card.
